Dear Dan,
I've been meaning to write this
letter for a long time. I just wanted to say thank you for
your efforts in securing our new building here in Hopkins.
Even though there has been a lot of work to do on it, we're
already enjoying being here and are starting to reap some of the
benefits of owning it. I know that there were some difficult
moments during the process, but I really appreciated your focus
and attitude throughout it. Our banker and CPA are still
amazed at the interest rate and the terms of the contract for deed
that you secured. Each month, Wendy and I realize how
important your experience and ability were to getting this
building. On a personal note, I enjoyed the frequent contact
with you as we worked through the different issues that would come
up. My advice to you would be to continue to enjoy your work
and keep those customers happy. We sure are pleased.
Also, thanks again for the very generous gift. We used it
last weekend for our anniversary and had a great time.
